The nature center and park alone are worth several trips. We did not stay with the resort while we were on the island. So, we did not enjoy the waterpark. However, the animals, events, playgrounds, and fields are great for people all ages!
Nice park and pool for families. Well maintained if not looking a little dated. Lots of activities.
This was my favorite place in Kiawah. They have a nature center with fantastic staff, loads of great on site high quality kid activities, and can connect you up with other off site nature activities. There are poolside type eats and a great cabana bar. If my family was not spending time on the beach we were likely there or on an off site nature activity run by the staff.
Just so everyone is aware. This pool isn't public. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Plenty to do here. The nature center is fun to visit. I like the disc golf course. The new basketball goals look really nice.
